Show Title/Medal option missing

The option to show/hide your title and medal from the equip menu is missing. I tried reporting this issue 2 weeks ago, and no one approved my post. Please approve it. This issue has existed since the v.251 patch.

    both of them moved to the Settings > Options > Effects > then at the bottom of "Others"
    and yes this forum kinda ded. i doubt there's any mod here
