Brief bug summary: Auction House will not open in San Commerci

More details:

If you try to use the Auction House in the town of San Commerci, a dialog pops up saying "The Auction House can only be used while in town."

While you cannot open the Auction House in the town proper, you can open the Auction House inside San Commerci buildings: in the Trading Post, in the Daniella Merchant Union Office, and in the Tremier Merchant Union Office. You can also use it in Berry.

Pets will use auto-buff skills in San Commerci even if "Disable Auto Buff Skill in town" is checked, so it seems like a simple problem of San Commerci missing a town flag in the game database.

From comments on other posts in this forum, it seems other people noticed that San Commerci wasn't a 'town' as far back as 2017, so it seems like either a fix has come undone or this is a very long standing issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to San Commerci.
2. Try to open the Auction House from menu.

Character name: Hannibelle (among others)

Character level: 220

Character job: Lynn

World name: Elysium

Date and time of the incident: 9/5/2024 3:10PM EST, v.253.3.0
