Bug type: Ghastly the Snowman portal not spawning after maintenance

Brief bug summary: Title

More details: After maintenance happened that was suposed to fix the entry issue portal does not spawn at all. Killed 10k mobs and portal did not spawn once.

    Same here, haven't seen one in a couple of days. I too think it was after a recent maintenance.
