It keeps saying "this account has not been verified please follow the instructions in your email to complete verification before playing maplestory.
I'm not getting this email also my account has already been verified for many many years.
I assume this is probably cause I purchased over $60 for the mystery boxes for the demon slayer collab.

    I also received this error and I didn't purchase any NX, it's most likely a bug affecting certain accounts.

    People if you're playing with the launcher, search in the game configuration and repair the game, it worked for me

    Same issue, except I was switching to another character after briefly training the tanjiro event character, and this popped up.

    try select world, and keep select and cancel channel multiple times, then select world region, and select your server. should work some of the times.

    Happens to me too, tried the fix game client, and still not working.

    Edit: After posting here and re launching the game, it strangely worked to log in at least on one char, will update if it fails again.
    Edit2: Yes, changing char still sends that e-mail checking confirmation.

    Unfortunately for me, the steam launcher is still not working.

    Edit: Well, it did work. For a while. So much for that solution.
