6,000 NX is not an economic price for sellers looking to make a worthwhile profit on their items. Unless you're selling something super rare or in high demand, it seems like most cosmetics range from $2 to $8 on Steam. This may lead sellers to inflate prices. As an example, I found a Pink-Dotted Hairband for $32.59 on Steam that I got from the Auction House a couple of days ago for 149,999,999 mesos, or roughly $0.93 in Aurora. Unless the price comes down to around 1.5K NX, or ideally, 1K, the numbers aren't going to work on a lot of things.

    Just read the article about the closure of the Steam Market for MapleStory. While I do not profess to know why it got closed, and I in no way wish to denigrate the unimaginable amount of work it took to code, it simply isn't sustainable at 6,000 NX per item. Sure, that's roughly what the Premium Style Boxes cost to buy, but not every item you get from them is worth $6. Some are more, some are less. It doesn't make sense to spend $6 on something that sells for $3.

    Here's to hoping the feature returns in some capacity in the future.
