Unable to redeem Homecoming Collection Book

Homecoming Collection Book cannot be claimed when reaching the 300 points required

Brief bug summary:
When I collect 300 points from the boat mini game and try to select the "Fill Collection" button, in the Homecoming Collection Book, it just says "You've fully filled out this collab mini-game. I knew you could do it...". However I have only redeemed 2 days of rewards and haven't been able to redeem anymore for the past couple days.

Steps to reproduce:
Collect 300 points from the boat race mini game and try to redeem points in collection book after leaving the mini game map.

Character name: MoPro16

Character level: 248

Character job: Mo Xuan

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: 18/05/2025 6:30 AWST

    It has happened to me too for at least 2 days. No check in mark and no synergy card points; feels like I won t complete the week of check ins, staying at only 3 days.

    Also, Akechi Mitsuhide boss, isn t giving guild points when cleared.

    This also started for me today. I have 4/5 completed for the week and attempted to claim my 5th check-in after getting the 300 points from the boat mini-game. Clicking "Fill Collection" gives me a pop-up from Athena Pierce. "You've fully filled out this collab mini-game. I knew you could do it".
    The game also reminds me that I have an unclaimed Collection Book Check-In when I try to log out or change characters, but I cannot claim it.

    Me too.

    I have only 2/5 completed. been 3 days i can't check in. I can only get the stamp and the exp voucher.

    Problem: I have done 300 points Victoria boat racing. When I click "Fill Collection", It doesn't check me in. Instead , Athena will pop up and says: "You've fully filled out this collab mini-game. I knew you could do it".
