Has anyone been suspended for no reason?

I don't know of a specific reason for the account suspension, but I was watching YouTube and found out that I was banged up for 7 days by ngs while I was hunting in an area (Arteria) and a few people were also suspended for 7 days in the discord community. If I hunt for a long time (about 2-3 hours) without moving to another hunting ground or town, would that be the reason for the suspension? The account suspension is around 11:17 am on the 20th, about 17 hours ago. Has anyone else been suspended by GM like me?

    yes i got the same message, something like 3rd party macro then disconnected me around 12am est and I got a week temp ban. Did you use any remote desktop software?

    Yes, but I stopped the remote for about 4 hours before getting suspended. remote desktop this is the problem?

    Nexon is notorious for false bans (I have also been hit with one as of today), so much so that false ban waves happen semi-regularly and Nexon just silently unbans these people without any acknowledgement publicly. Kanna is particularly prone to these false ban waves, possibly due to the fact that Nexon has bad autoban software that doesn't understand what normal behavior is.
    If you do weeklies in scrapyard you'll most likely have seen one of their automatic systems kick you for "hack reason".

    Here is an old thread on the subject.

    tl;dr Someone I knew got perma banned (while just being AFK in town) and then unbanned a few weeks later.
    Your only option is to wait and hope that the person that gets assigned your ban audit actually knows how to do their job.

    There is a thread on the discord for those who were recently hit in this banwave, most of them are running remote desktop software (a tool for using your PC away from home), so it would seem that Nexon just mucked up a security update and hit a ton of legit players in the process (again), there will likely be no apology or acknowledgement of this and Nexon will probably just quietly unban a lot of these players.
    I would send in a ticket regardless so that Nexon has a higher chance of unbanning your account.
