Monster Park Extreme "Improvements" - Issues

Two issues i have with the Monster Park "Improvements" from the Stargazer patch:

1. EXP NERF

It is nice having this as a weekly, as i don't have to camp MPE CH1 at reset everyday anymore to get a run going (Bera)

HOWEVER, the content is a net nerf to my main because of the following changes:

"Increased the EXP reward when cleared to 400%" - I now receive less weekly EXP from MPE on my main character, who previously ran the content 7x a week.
"Monster Park Extreme is now excluded from the Sunny Sunday Monster Park EXP bonus perk" - I now receive no extra EXP perk for running on Sunday

I understand that we are able to run two characters / week but for players who would rather prioritize EXP from MPE on one character, we got nerfed.

2. BOX NERF

- We already received the first nerf to box obtainment in v.255, when the free daily clear was changed from 2 to 1. Yes, the EXP was adjusted - but players who typically only ran twice per day lost 6 boxes per week. In Heroic, i think its not as big of a deal since they can buy extra tickets with meso, but for interactive players, we don't get enough tickets in the Reward Point shop to compensate with extra runs, so would have to use NX or Maple Points to compensate. Most interactive players use the limited RP stock to run extra on Sundays. So the end result for most interactive players from this change was a net decrease in Monster Park boxes of 6 per week.

before v.255: 2 boxes each day Monday-Saturday (from regular monster park) + 7 boxes on Sunday + 1 MPE box every day = 26 boxes/ week
after v.255: 1 box each day Monday-Saturday + 7 boxes on Sunday + 1 MPE box every day = 20 boxes/ week

- Now, players will lose an additional 5 boxes per week. We used to obtain 7 boxes per week from MPE, and now the maximum we can get is 2 per week (running once on two different characters)

after v.260: 1 box each day Monday-Saturday + 7 boxes on Sunday + 2 MPE box every week = 15 boxes/ week


This might not sound like much, but in the course of a few months we've lost at least 11 boxes per week. That's less coins, less chances of badges, etc.

    1- honestly ya its a huge exp nerf to main, they should made it 600-700% to keep it main friendly enough, while also opening an opportunity for 1 alt to progress along the main char......800% reduce to 400% is a major nerf......yes i'am counting it as 800% if i include the former 250% that we would get on average....technicly its more around 770-790% depending on the frequency of the 250% buff....including the 50% passive on all sundays...i'am also taking into account that at 400% that mean 3 of the 7 days were cut out so that would normally set the base at 750% per week without sunny sunday

    2-the amount of boxes in less we get is more or less wtv for daily grinders like me(event give enough 3X exp ticket that i never use those 2X exp ticket)
    and 1 point you got wrong about reboot, we dont get to buy 2X exp tickets except from certain event shops(very least i dont remember anyway to buy them infinetly at wtv time)

    with that said i like my gold boxes, material boxes and honor boxes
    in regard to the exp tickets boxes and the 5 others,
    1- Exp Box: i think they should be upgrade to 3X exp ticket for regular M-Park run and 4X exp ticket for M-Park Extreme box(more in-line with event exp tickets)
    2- Gold Box: increase the gold amount they give by 50%
    3- Honor Box: increase the honor they give by 100%
    4- Spell Trace Box: increase the amount it give by 50%?(not rly sure how valuable this is on interactive)
    5- Craft Box: increase the amount of material given by 400-500%(this stuff so hard to acquire that lvling profession is unrealistic especially with the crafts cost)
    6- Trait Items Box: upgrade the trait items to premium type and give twice as much trait items that it gave b4...even after 2 years i still haven't max most of
    my boss mules traits....except empathy//insight which i bought Trait Boost Potions for all year long..just shows how out of date this is
    heck maybe even a small chance at a Trait Boost Potion out of those boxes(1 chance to get 1 every 2 months on average that give 11,000 trait points)
    i'am not even counting the 40 others classes that will probably never get those maxed at this rate(20 years gameplay+ ?)....


    additionnaly to those change i would suggest a new rewards UI for M-Park extreme since it can only be run once per character now
    basicly the game would offer the player to pick 3 out of the 6 days boxes at the end of a run(excluding the randomizer box(seventh box))
    so the game would offer Gold Box, Craft Box, Honor Box, Spell Trace Box, Exp Box, Trait Boxes
    the player can choose to receive 3 out of those 6 boxes

    To clarify, i'm not sure what EXP tickets you are referring to. I was talking about how Heroic servers can buy Monster Park Extra Runs from the cash shop. Can you clarify if this is correct or not, i actually am not 100% sure. I thought you could buy them with Meso in Heroic. I am talking about "Monster Park Additional Entry Ticket"

    EDIT: I like the idea of buffing the boxes that you suggested. That way we can save time on less runs and not feel like we lost the rewards from the missing boxes.

    And yes, buff EXP from MPE to at least back to levels we had before. I think its fine, its not like 1 extra character running 1 MPE per week is that OP

    my bad...i misunderstood M-Park ticket as EXP ticket

    ya we can buy M-Park entry tickets in the CS with mesos

    the boxes buffs isn't just to compensate the lost, but also get them much needed upgrade to be up to date

    for example..the gold box buff....a veteran with ctene mules would praticly get no benefit outta this, but for a new player thats a huge catch up support

    the traits boxes, the rewards had praticly no value for how little they gave, so that 1 needed a very serious upgrade

    Spell trace box: while this doesn't rly do anything on Heroic.....this would likely help newbies on interactive...idk if 50% is too little being a Heroic player but i didn't wanna break interactive by increasing it too much

    exp ticket: box, for daily quest players this dont rly do anything, but for a serious grinder this would be a nice upgrade..and for the daily players, two 4X exp ticket over a week is a nice little bonus

    the craft box upgrade is a much needed improvement to profession..

    while unrelated to M-Park, the profession recipes should be change to perma learn recipes..that expiring time system is just obnoxious, you can praticly bypass it by stockpiling materials in bulk and craft it all at once while the recipe is active...no point to make temporary rly :S and if they changed the crafts to be a 1 time only, players would not bother with it anymore due to inneficiency//aggravating

    a good approach of such a system would be to enable a bulk craft once every 3 months(3 months cooldown), make the recipes permanent
    although personnaly, i'd like if things were available for crafts at ALL time, i'am not rly a fan of a system with limitations on things with small to irrelevant game impact
