Claiming Ride or Die Weekly Rewards

Today I was on my challenger interactive world character x3lf and went to the ride or die map and spoke with Libae to collect my weekly rewards but she gave me nothing and it just sent me to the next map. I cleared all 5 bosses the previous week as I did the other weeks on difficulty B and got around 6k points. I logged on to my character in Elysium to check if I could claim rewards, as I always clear the 5 bosses on both challenger world and Elysium, and I was able to get my reward for clearing the 5 bosses. I relogged in to the challenger world and checked agian but nothing.
Any help is appreciated.

    Aren't the rewards once per account? So if you got it on Elysium then that's it, you got the reward.

    Regarding the Legion block, the patch notes state: "Cannot be claimed in Challenger Worlds."

    I mean the fragment and treasure box weekly reward and even if I did claim it on my other character it doesn't change the fact that it wouldn't let me do it on my challenger world character first and I've been able to claim the rewards you talked about on both characters so it's specifically the fragments and treasure box that I did not recieve.

    You were able to get participation rewards in both worlds? (the sword, outfit, etc). I was going to suggest that maybe you simply forgot to run it in challenger's last week but if you got the participation reward, that would indicate you did run it.

    interesting, idk. update here if you ever find out what happened
