Remove Drop on Failure for the Octopus Event!

Please just hot patch this event and remove drop on failure for it.

The constant dropping in octopus level makes this event an absolute nightmare to deal with...

    Seriously why did this need star force functionality when it could've just been feed the pet 100 times fully level up to 9? 30700 monsters is a pretty reasonable amount, not everything has to be a slot machine. Or at the very least remove drop and fled, that alone would make things so much more bareable. At the very least we shouldn't be punished. 99 chances to level up 7 increasingly less likely times would be better than this

    I have already seen this event singlehandedly discourage people that are lower CP from wanting to star force after being told that this is what starforcing is like but with meso costs.
    It would be really funny if it wasn't so sad.

    Well, they are removing drop on failure soon on November 12th.
    So Starforcing will be much better soon to deal with.
