For Fun: Gardener Archer Concept

Two things for this is that I just want to see an archer with a party heal and kind of deliver on what I wanted to see out of Mercedes, notably a lot of bright greens and pinks coloured skills, floral, while using dual-bowguns.

The core concept here is having a mobile archer that creates a grand and beautiful garden everywhere that inhibits monsters and aids the party.

Secondary Stat: STR

Legion Effect: 2/3/4/5/6% Chance to Skip Cooldowns
Link Effect: 3/5/7% Damage. 10/20/30% Increased Healing from Skills and Potions.

Mobility: High
Supportive Ability: Very High
Damage: Low
Defense: Low
Difficulty: Moderate

NOTE: This job has no traditional movement skills, including no horizontal jump and no vertical jump.

JOB 0:

Swift Dash:
Quickly dash forward a set distance, this can be used in the air. This can also be done by using the jump key after jumping.

Right-click this skill in the skill window to disable the shortcut command.

Updraft:
Passive: Quickly move up on ladders or ropes by using the up directional key with the jump key.

JOB 1:

Floral Ring:
Hold: Rapidly attack with your dual-bowguns forward, each dealing damage to up to 1 monster, freely moving at full speed and able to jump while this skill is being used.

Vine Dash:
Hold: Dash at an angle upwards or downwards, up to a maximum distance, leaving behind vines that last for up to 10 seconds or until replaced with a new Vine Dash, allowing self and party members to stand on them like an angled platform.

Cooldown: 2 seconds.

Rejuvenating Lotus:
Create a lotus at your location that remains in place for 30 seconds, healing self and party members near it for 5% HP every second. Each Rejuvenating Lotus heals independently of each other, allowing for multiple to heal the same target at the same time.

Up to 2 Rejuvenating Lotus can be in play at a time.

JOB 2:

NOTE: When one dual-bowgun is being fired means that your fire rate will be halved / deal half your lines because when both dual-bowguns are being used you are firing twice the shots against the same target.

Floral Ring II:
Passive: Deals increased damage and hits up to 3 monsters.

Rejuvenating Lotus II:
Passive: Rejuvenating Lotus now also grants 1% Damage Reduction to self and party members near it, including % HP attacks, this can stack up to 6% when a target is near multiple Rejuvenating Lotus.

Up to 3 Rejuvenating Lotus can be in play at a time.

Dandelion Spore:
Create and hold on to the stem of a giant dandelion spore that allows you to ascend into the air for up to 5 seconds, accelerating over time and able to slowly move left and right, use again to let go early.
You can use Floral Ring while using Dandelion Spore, but only one dual-bowgun gets used.

Letting go of the dandelion spore will cause the spores to burst out, dealing damage to up to 8 monsters and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds, including boss monsters.

Dual-Strike:
Toggle: Cause self to fire your dual-bowguns from both sides of you, one dual-bowgun each side.

Passive: Gain 30% Normal Monster Damage.

JOB 3:

Floral Ring III:
Passive: Deals increased damage and hits up to 5 monsters.

Rejuvenating Lotus III:
Passive: Each Rejuvenating Lotus now also cleanses abnormal status effects once every 4 seconds for self and party members near it.

Up to 4 Rejuvenating Lotus can be in play at a time.

Floral Bloom:
Bloom a massive flower ahead of you, dealing damage to up to 10 monsters initially, and remaining in play for 15 seconds, up to 2 can be in play at a time.
Monsters within the flower's area have their defenses reduced by 20% for 60 seconds and increases the duration of all stuns and slows by 25%, including against boss monsters.

Passive: Dandelion Spore slow duration is increased to 3 seconds and damage is increased.

Cooldown: 5 seconds.

Swift Dash Lengthen:
Toggle: Increase the range of Swift Dash by 50%. Activating this will deactivate Swift Dash Shorten.

Swift Dash Shorten:
Toggle: Decrease the range of Swift Dash by 50%. Activating this will deactivate Swift Dash Lengthen.

JOB 4:

Floral Ring IV:
Passive: Deals increased damage, hits up to 7 monsters, gains new visual effects, and gains increased range.

Rejuvenating Lotus IV:
Passive: Healing from Rejuvenating Lotus will now ignore 25% of anti-healing effects.

Up to 5 Rejuvenating Lotus can be in play at a time.

Floral Bloom II:
Passive: Damage is increased, ignore enemy defense is increased to 40%, and flower duration is increased to 30 seconds.
Stun and slow duration increasing effect can now stack up to 50% increase when both flowers are affecting the same monster.

Passive: Dandelion Spore slow duration is increased to 4 seconds, damage is increased, range is increased, and visual effects are enhanced.

Cherry Blossom Snowfall:
Cause cherry blossoms to gently float down over the next 10 seconds, causing monsters to take damage every half-second and self and party members gain 30% increased healing from Rejuvenating Lotus.

Cooldown: 30 seconds.

HYPER SKILLS:

Passives:

1: Floral Ring gains +20% Damage.
2: Floral Ring gains +20% Ignore Enemy Defense.
3: Floral Ring gains +1 Attacks, but deals 60% Final Damage. [Dual-Bowguns deal 1 attack line each, goes up to 2 lines each; when together increase from 2 to 4 attack lines.]

4: Rejuvenating Lotus heals for +2% HP more.
5: Rejuvenating Lotus grants +1% Damage Reduction more, can stack up to 12% Damage Reduction.
6: Rejuvenating Lotus ignores +15% of anti-healing effects more.

7: Rejuvenating Lotus can cleanse abnormal status effects once every 3 seconds.
8: Can place up to 6 Rejuvenating Lotus at a time, but duration decreases by -5 seconds.
9: Each Rejuvenating Lotus grants +2% stacking Final Damage for party members near it, up to 12%. Self gains +10% Final Damage while solo or duo.

Actives:

1: Thorns Royale:
Briefly rise into the air, gaining immunity to all knockback effects, and strike down the area ahead of you with many powerful thorns, dealing massive damage to up to 12 monsters and apply Splinter for 5 seconds.

Monsters inflicted by Splinter become untouchable and will be stunned for +2 seconds longer when they become stunned.

Cooldown: 6 seconds.

NOTE: The intentional to this skill is to look and feel extremely similar to Mercedes' Spikes Royale in all aspects. The connection to Mercedes is intentional.

2: Strangle Thorns:
Hold: Dash at an angle upwards or downwards creating thorny vines, up to a maximum distance, these thorny vines last for 15 seconds and can be stood on like a platform for self and party members.

Monsters that collide with these vines take damage and stunned for 5 seconds, including boss monsters, the same monster can be stunned once every 20 seconds.

Cooldown: 30 seconds.

3: Rose and Thorns:
Grow a massive rose with thorns from the ground, dealing damage to up to 15 monsters and stunning them for 12 seconds, including boss monsters, the same monster can be stunned once every 90 seconds.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.

JOB 5:

1: Rose to Power:
Create a giant rose at your location that remains for 30 seconds, increasing the Final Damage of party members near it by 15% +1% per 2,500 DEX, up to 40% [up to 55% total], but decreasing self Final Damage by -100% while active. Self gains 30% Final Damage while solo or duo instead when near the rose.

Cast this skill again to end the effect early.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.

6th Job Boost Node at Rank 30: Passive: +90 All Stat. While in a party, reduce penalty by an additive +30% Final Damage while active. While solo or duo, increase Final Damage by an additive +15%. Increases party members Final Damage by an additive +10%.

2: Violets to Violence:
Create a giant violet at your location that remains for up to 30 seconds, granting 25% damage reduction to self and party members near it, including against % HP attacks, but decreasing self Final Damage by -50% while active.

Cast this skill again to end the effect early.

Cooldown: 30 seconds.

6th Job Boost Node at Rank 30: Passive: +90 All Stat. Grants an additional +10% damage reduction. Reduces Final Damage penalty by an additive +30%.

3: Lilies to Love:
Create a giant lily at your location that remains for 120 seconds, dealing damage to nearby monsters periodically.

Cast this skill again to sacrifice -20 seconds of duration to deal massive damage to up to 15 monsters in a large area and for self and party members to cleanse all abnormal status effects, grant abnormal status immunity for 2 seconds, and to heal 100% HP that ignores all anti-healing effects.

This can be done more than once as long as there is more than 20 seconds remaining to the lily.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.

4: Wrath of Grassy Plains:
Hold: Enlarge your dual-bowguns and rapidly fire forward for up to 6 seconds, dealing massive damage to up to 10 monsters, and laying down Grassy Terrain on the ground based on where the arrows have travelled for 30 seconds.
Self gains immunity to all abnormal status effects and takes 50% less damage while using this skill, including against % HP attacks.

Fire on both sides of you with one dual-bowgun each while Dual-Strike is active.

Grassy Terrain reduces the duration all abnormal status effects by 50% and heals self and party members for 15% HP every second.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.


NOTE: All final damage penalties are multiplicative on each other and not additive.
Example: 100% is your default damage and you put on -30%, now you are at 70% damage, another -30% will set you down to dealing 49% for your final damage and not 40% because it is multiplicative and not additive.

    The for fun balance notes:

    ~ Hyper Passive 9:
    Reduced the final damage party buff from +5% per stack to +2%, max value reduced from 30% to 12%.
    Removed the -30% Final damage penalty when there is more party members than only self.
    +10% Final damage effect for self now applies when solo or duo rather than only solo.

    ~ Strangle Thorns:
    Remade to be an independent skill rather than enhancing Vine Dash.
    Gets used the same way as Vine Dash.
    Now is a second angled platform that can be in play alongside Vine Dash's platform.
    Cooldown increased from 10 seconds to 30 seconds; on-target stun cooldown is still 20 seconds.
    Stun duration increased to 5 seconds from 4 seconds.

    ~ Rose to Power:
    Party members final damage buff decreased to 15% +1% per 2,500 DEX from 30% +1% per 3,000 DEX, total maximum decreased to 55% from 60%.
    While active, the self final damage penalty is further increased from -30% to -100% (you deal zero damage while active.)
    +30% self final damage when near the rose changed from solo-only to solo or duo (the final damage penalty does not apply while solo or duo).
    Can now be used again to deactivate the rose early.

    6th job boost node, the final damage penalty reduction increased to +30% from +15% (becomes -70% from -15% final damage).

    ~ Violets to Violence:
    Damage reduction decreased to 35% from 45%.
    Self final damage penalty while active increased to -50% from -30%.

    Stated the 6th job boost node benefits of +90 all stat passively and increases the damage reduction by an additional +15%.


    Really this concept is meant to have really strong effects, but at the cost of extreme penalties so wanted to further emphasize this point.


    ADDITIONAL CHANGES:

    ~ Rejuvenating Lotus II:
    Damage reduction reduced to 1% from 2%, max reduced to 6% from 10%.
    - Hyper Passive max reduced to 12% from 15%.

    ~ Rejuvenating Lotus III:
    Abnormal status cleanse frequency increased to every 4 seconds from every 3 seconds.
    - Hyper passive cleanse frequency increased to every 3 seconds from every 2 seconds.

    ~ Rejuvenating Lotus IV:
    Anti-heal ignore increased to 25% from 20%.
    - Hyper passive anti-heal ignore additive increase increased to +15% from +10% (total increased to 40% from 30%).

    ~ Floral Bloom:
    Defense reducing debuff reduced to 20% from 25%.
    - Floral Bloom II defense reducing debuff reduced to 40% from 50%.

    ~ Violets to Violence:
    Damage reduction reduced to 25% from 35%.
    - 6th Job Boost additive increase reduced to +10% from +15% (total reduced to 35% from 50%).

    ~ Lilies to Love:
    Each additional cast cost reduced to -20 seconds from -30 seconds.
    Abnormal status immunity duration decreased to 2 seconds from 5 seconds.

    The goal of this concept to have an archer healer with a Mercedes-esq theme that restricts monster movement with some other supportive effects.

    So these changes is to focus on the healer concept and reduce the other effects further.
