Hero's echo on remaster kanna?

Anyone know how to get hero echo on remaster kanna ive done every job availble quest on kanna, and some of the older quest on are available on new kanna anymore

    Omg, I thought it was just me. I am having this exact same issue and I can't get the skill. I've done every single job quest but cant obtain it...

    Looks like it's a bug on their most recent "Known Issues" page. Hopefully it'll ne fixed soon.
