Topic: Concerns about One-handed vs Two-handed weapon with Astral subweapon coming out soon for Hero and Paladin in Interactive World

Hello,
I am writting this because I, as a Hero character main, have a concern about what KMS has created with the new boss Radiant Malefic Star. We, in GMS, have some unique and exclusive item that has advantages above all the other shields and subweapons that Hero/Paladin can use, the Terminus Defender (Shield Lv160). I will mention the advantages comparing to a non-scrolling and unstarrable subweapon below:
-Being at another level potential tier, so we can gain a lot of %Attack Power via main and bonus potentials
-Can be scrolled
-Can be starred
Seeing these benefits, me and multiple players in Interactive World, to be apart with Two-handed players, these are good things and because we can already reach the maximum Attack Speed Level by using a Fast weapon, we can even opt for a different build of Inner Ability. I will write down below the current Best-in-Slot in term of Inner Ability Two-Handed vs One-Handed:
-Two-Handed:
Attack Speed Level +1
Boss Damage +10%
Damage on ennemy affected by abnormal status +8%
-One-Handed:
Boss Damage +20%
Damage on ennemy affected by abnormal status +8%
Attack +21 (or Buff Duration +38%, on preference)
We can clearly see a decent difference on stats between the two inner ability builds, talking about late/end game status players.
Right now, for us Heros (and probably Paladin too), we mostly know KMS balance these classes in function of the Two-Handed meta. Seeing the introduction of the Astral Subweapon, the Lv160 Shield Terminus Defender will lose two major advantages over the regular subweapons, the Level Potential Tier and Starforce since these new subweapons will be Lv200 and can be starforced.
I will now bring the main cause of these concerns. The weapon multiplier of the damage formula for Two-Handed Sword/Axe for Hero is much higher than One-Handed Sword/Axe, x1.44 versus x1.34. So this is approximatively 7.46% higher than holding One handed weapon. I think it is similar for Paladin too.
I have seen one player, pay-to-win, who dropped his Genesis 1h weapon to reliberate for 2h weapon and do his Destiny weapon liberation. But not everyone has the time OR money to redo the upgrades process on a new weapon. Me and another Hero player on my buddy list has discussed and think we should have an option to convert Genesis/Destiny One-Handed into Two-Handed with the same Bonus Stat tiers, same potentials and same soul weapon so we won't have to redo the Genesis/Destiny process and even remaking them. That is a solution that look simple and easy. Aanother solution based on players apparence preference would be to give %final damage increase for only Hero and Paladin that wears a Shield.
Can be either like any of those below:
-When Hero/Paladin with 4th job or higher (with shield equipped obviously)
Final Damage +5% OR it can be something like this +1% Final Damage per 20,000 STR if not affected by active buff skills like Maple Goddess and Weapon Jump S Ring or per 25,000 if affected by the same active buffs.
Ideally, to make it even easier, a skill should be distributed automatically into Beginner Tab on the skill UI upon 2nd Job Advancement(as Hero and Paladin branches) if it is a bit too complicated to insert this as bonus stat on every warrior shields, including Astral shield.
With these suggestions, I believe these give players more aesthetics choices as we, one-handed players from Interactive, no longer feel pressure about damage comparing to the same funding two-handed.
Hope these concerns are heard and the suggestions are passed. I have considered quitting if nothing of these is happening because of the time consumming to redo my Weapon. Ideally, what would be easier maybe is the skill in UI idea, but you will see what is easier. Have a good day!

For most of the most part everyone's secondaries will be treated as Arcane Armors when gaining stat, while DB's Katara follows the formula for Arcane Katara. For secondaries that had scrollable slots, the new items would be scrollable and be given exclusive scrolls to them (most of them are +30 Main Stat, +10 Sub stat and 10 ATT (or MATT for mages) and are 5 slots.) There should be a 50 ATT 150 STR 50 DEX difference when you compared a Hero who libbed 1handed vs 2handed. Not sure how equalizing this is since KMS is AS8 and we are AS10 and IDK if 50 ATT 150 STR 50 DEX difference is close to be being 2 handed.
Currently in KMS, they made the table for players with starforceable and scrollable secondaries. For most shields, the transfer fee is 10b since none of the KMS shields goes above 20. DB is a different table since ours is 20+ so we pay less for lower tiered stars and much higher for those above 20. In the case of Terminus Defender, it should follow the Dual Blade's table but with a lower cost (DB's table in KMS only supports Arcane Katara) so you can attempt to transfer as many stars out of Terminus over to Astra.
Not super please with how stars and scroll stats are translated from shields and Kataras since sometimes the item score either gets you more stars on the Astra Secondary or just free scrolls in the case of Dual Blade. Kinda sucks these GMS players paid extra for these more premium secondaries and they might not qualify for Astra transfers or if they did, the effort made in perfected the previous item doesn't translate too well onto Astra.
Here are some things I hope get changed for Astra in the case of GMS.
PNO Secondaries
- Allow potential transfer and have them up to match
SW Katara
-Potential transfer (no scaling required since 160-200 are same tier in GMS)
-Stats gained from scrolling determines if the player gets free Katara Scrolls
-Player can pay to transfer stars at a lower price than the Arcane Katara table
Terminus Defender
-Potential transfer (no scaling required since 160-200 are same tier in GMS)
-Don't use the Deimos shield table and use the same rule as SW Katara's above (follow Arcane Katara's but lower price)
-Stats gained from scrolling determine if the player gets free Shield Scrolls
