High GPU usage after v271 update

After the v271 update the GPU usage has gone close to max 85%, I've never had it go this high and all gpu drivers are up to date. I have changed nothing since the new update.

Anyone else having this issue??

    After checking all options, it was the V-Sync that was NOT turned back on after the update. Works now!!!
