[Stuck] 19000-320857

Hello. My ticket number is 320857. Can you please look into this?
Character name: nòón
World: Reboot

I got stuck in the Masque event map. I was doing the Maid to Order event. I think it was chapter 5. I was suppose to click the telephone and ask for information about the 4 maids. I was trying to see what happen if I don't get any information at all and apparently it will disconnect you once your out of options (1 option will disappear if you fail to do the spacebar or left right mash, so repeat for all 4 maids). Upon relogging there will still be 0 options to pick and you dc again. I cannot get out because there are no portals to leave. Only NPC is the telephone. I cannot do maple guide to teleport out. I cannot use guild skill to teleport. I cannot use hyper teleport rock to teleport. I cannot use my beginner skill to return to evan's farm. I am out of options to leave. I am stuck in a scary room with a DC-ing telephone and a creepy ghost. Please save me.

    how much time we need wait till they teleport us to other map???

    Uhh, I logged on a hour ago and I teleported to Henesys. Don't really know when they teleported me but thanks to whoever did it!
