Game is dead boring. to much p2w

does anyone else think that this game is far to much p2w? cubes being something so importent and u can't get them unless u waste 10s of hours a day grinding mesos. alone that is or spend 2$ per cube to get a worthless line ..

    Would be far better if they removed the garbage lines.

    If you think the game is pay to win now, then what about before reward points and reboot, not to mention secondary reasons?
    And even back then, it was pretty harmless on the great scale of things.

    And if it would be more free, would it survive?

    It's probably dead to you, but the game is pretty unique besides the fact that you're the one CHOOSING to decide to be P2W.
    Instead of looking at the micro transactions aspect of the game maybe you can look at the less obvious.
    But that's only my two cents.

    idk what the less obvious option is so i just looked more into micro transactions and now i finally understand how nexon failed us.

    This person is fully correct. I've been playing since the beginning of EMS, and I'll have to admit that I always thought that Maplestory was pay to win as well, but after getting to the higher levels with my Phantom. (He's now around level 172.) I've found out that Maplestory isn't at all pay to win, but rather pay to win faster. Thank you for noticing this as well, Dawned.
