Where do I find/get Elemental Wand/staff?

Hello there - as title states i'm having a bit of trouble finding this item. I don't care which level it is, I just want to know how to get it or where it comes from.

Anyone knows? Thanks alot!

    Alien PQ should drop some on low rate too.

    You sure? As far as I know it only drops VIP gear.

    pretty much unless you gach for it yourself or you see someone else get it in gach

    They drop from Emperor Toad :3

    And always epic potential I belive. And at the moment the only way to get there is with a HTR. Feel free to correct that if I am wrong, I haven't been there for a while.

    Also I have never gotten Elemental Wand or staff from Alien Visitor.
