Hi
All NX are gone in cash shop. its all reward points, nx credit, maple points & nx prepaid.
Tried relog but no change.
Asked in the guild/alliance and a few others have the same problem.
Some said it showed up after a while... but then its gone again.

    It's just the lag that delays it. It's not gone, just takes a while to appear. It's a pain I know, but just wait a minute & then you can use the cash shop as usual.

    i got the same problem, i wait couple of minutes and the nx shows up, but i cant do anything after that (things that related to move and purchase).
    Im playing in europe.

    I have tried this the whole day... to wait... and wait. But my NX isnt coming back. Few times I have been kicked out from Cash Shop with the message "Request timed out. Please try again."

    Hopefully this is fixed until tomorrow when its double exp event. Thanks.
