I was wondering if you can choose on which character you want the gifts?
Because I just made a new character and I would like those gifts on that one.

    They said the gifts will be given by email.
    I assume that means we'll get a code by email that we need to redeem in-game.
    You should be able to redeem the code on any character you like.
