Please add the Character Name Change in the Cash Shop again. I've been playing on and off for 8 years at least, and I couldn't get NX until a couple years ago. By then, Name Change had already been removed from the Cash Shop, and I've always missed name change opportunities since then.

    We might be getting a less temporary solution to this in the midst of our V updates. Have some patience for a couple of weeks and see what happens after the 30th.

    reminder that 30th is not the end of the V updates, so it might be a bit longer... not sure how much of the V updates are coming out when.
