Unable to create new characters (Reboot)

I am not able to create any characters after the maintanence. It works all fine until the Character Name section but then the message "We couldn't progress your request" pops up.
I tried relog and reinstalling but nothing would work.

    I got the same problem :).
    Got back from work and couldn't wait to make a new char.

    same issues here thought it was maybe a glitch in the naming system not giving proper dialogue however iv tried some very obscure names to random letters and nothing is working to create a character i even made a new fresh account and tried that but the same issue is happening.

    Yea, its basicly this.

    I tought the servers were just getting the full package when servers just went up, but this doesnt come to mind anymore.
