This was supposed to be fixed in the patch before last, still isn't fixed. Still dcs you when you attempt to fly or move. Sometimes the map to enter the PQ lets you get inside the PQ, only to DC inside the PQ every single time without fail.
Please re-look into this.

    Brief bug summary: Dragon Rider Party Quest is impossible to complete because the area, the Soaring skill, or maybe both all cause you to D/C. No way to progress.

    Steps to reproduce:
    Attempt to initiate and complete Dragon Rider PQ.

    Character name: BOOTY2STRONK
    Character level: 224
    Character job: Cannon Master
    World name: Chaos
    Date and time of the incident: It's been over a month, I forget when it first started.
