Do you recieve the gifts in-game or do u have to use ur email to accept them first ?

    The web page clearly says:
    "Only accounts with valid, working email addresses are eligible and gift packages will be sent to the email account used to register for the participant's nexon.net account."

    If you don't have access to your account's email, now is the time to contact Customer Support and ask them to change it.

    Well i've sent a support ticket and they didn't answer yet so i might not be able to recieve the gift in time. :/

    It's a holiday weekend.

    On Monday, if they don't answer your ticket by then, try talking to Live Chat support.

    ^^ Exactly what AKradian said. I had tried Live Chat Support and I could change my account email immediately.
