Gold Maple Leaf Emblem Quest Line Bugged

I am currently a Mage and started to follow up on this quest line. After going to Maple Island to but out the fire at Maple Tree Hill, Tess send me to go speak to Utah in his farm in Henesys, although it wont give me access into him farm location. Therefore, i can not finish with the quest line.

    i think it means the utah in southperry
    its where you get the bucket if im not mistaken
