character slot card doesnt work

i got a character slot card from the event and when i used it it didnt increase my character slots, nothing happened... that happened twice.. my server is luna

    Did you used to have characters in both Kradia and Demethos?
    How many characters and how many free slots in each?

    Character slot coupons don't work if you reached the limit of 40!

    It's also possible a bug effecting some accounts in EMS has carried over.
    How many slots do you have at the moment?

    i only have 6 slots (6 chars) and i had only in kradia.. so i had 3 free slots in demethos
