How to advance temple of time with Xenon?

I am at the point in which I must restore my memories.
Who do I need to talk to in place of Xenon's non existent first job instructor?

I tried searching, to no avail.

    Use the Promessa Escape thing, it'll take you to Veritas where you can talk to Roo-D. I think that's how you do it, I haven't done it in ages though.

    I think you get a lightbulb above your head when you accept the quest.

    You were both half of the puzzle.
    It was a robo dialog accessible only from the light bulb above head.
