Troubles to log in

Hello!
I migrated my EMS account around June and recently downloaded the game, but I'm having some problems to log in and find my old character.

I'll divide this in two cases:

1) Using the Nexon Launcher, I'm having a "Having trouble logging in?" window. So I can't connect at all.

2) Using the launcher in C:\Nexon\Library\maplestory\appdata, the email adress created for the migration only works on the North America servers, but there is no character. On the EU servers, it says that that ID doesn't exist. My old EMS adress works on both servers but no character again.

So... I'm quite lost. What does it mean? What should I do?

Edit: I found back the migration complete email from the 8th June.
