The command skill that should be in Kaiser's basic skills is still not there.

    Same problem. Just created a character, set it as burning, leveled to 52 (edit: lv103), still don't have command skill.

    The Dragon link skill that was promised to be fixed, isn't. I've made a Kaiser especially for this and there I find that nothing has changed.

    I open the skills as soon as I loaded in and I was like "There is no way they actually fixed this."

    Same problem. i created a kaiser for the mega burning project and the dragon link skill is nowhere to be found
