Jett's Gun Mastery still adds accuracy. i haven't checked bt, hayato, or kanna yet.

    It doesn't matter, if my Corsair is any sign, any skills that added accuracy and such just had the accuracy part removed, nothing added. Not like we lost anything, at least.
