IGN available time

I was a bit surprised when i deleted an old character hoping i could use that ign again for a new character. So when i create my new character it said that the ign already is used even tho i deleted the other character.
How long it takes before my ign become available again?

    sems not the only 1 with this issue

    Characters above level 30 have a 24-hour cooldown during which the deletion can be reversed. After the 24 hours is up, you have to hit delete again to permanently delete the character. Characters below level 30 are not affected by this.

    If your old character appears as a ghost, it technically still exists and thus, the name is not available.

    that is not what happend, i did test a few things out, character ign's created after the migration can be deleted and instant re-used (Luna server)
    Character ign's created before the migration when you delete them included dissappear and 24h stay being "in use" when you try to create a new character with that ign
