Ranking problems relate to this temporary block

Will we be removed from the ranking system since we have the temporary block? If temporary block = banned.

    You should not. They have done this before and this issue has not come up. If you are, I would contact support to have your ranking restored (after the block has been lifted).

    Hi, Neospector, I just got the block removed from my account, and I found out all my characters' ranking are missing right now, can you help me to contact the customer support by any chance? Thank you very much.

    Hi Neospector, i was banned temporary and unbanned after 15 days ( this happened about 8 years ago maybe more.) and I do not have ranking actually since that happens.. Can you help me to get my ranking back please ?

    You can contact support here by pressing "Submit a Request". I would recommend being as polite and as detailed as possible.

    Unless the ban was lifted by a GM, I don't believe rankings restoration is possible after a legitimate ban. Many people were asking for complete removal of anyone banned from the rankings, and Nexon complied. Although truthfully I don't know if that was applied retroactively. You should also contact support, although I don't know how much they'll help in your case.

    it does after i got hacked and lost the account
    when i got the account back after along time
    my rankings are gone
    and they said that they cant restore it even though it was bannned for safety of the items
