Master SS ring or Vengeful Ring

Like the title says which is better and which is easier to obtain.

(You can get the Master SS ring in the second update to the V coin shop but I'm not sure how, if anyone can tell me that would be great)

    Vengeful Ring seems easier to obtain. I think the Master SS Ring is more or less based on RNG.

    You can get the Master SS in the V shop part 2 but I don't know what it will be to achieve it
