Character delete wait time

I suggest that the wait time for deleting a character drop to at least 12 hours. The reason I suggest this is with the Burning Event going on right now, so I made a new character to burn it but ended up not liking and now I have to waste a day of 2x and the Burning Event just to make a new Burned character. Also 1 day seems like a bit long anyways.

    Well, a day will more or less give you enough time if your hacked to save all your characters. Also, you shoulda just picked which class you wanted more carefully before you trained it.
