Brief bug summary: Items Missing Upon Account being Unblocked
More details:
My account was blocked until roughly 12:00 am December 3rd 2016 due to Issue #1 with the NPC Frederick.
Upon login and retrieval of my items from Frederick, I noticed
multiple items were
missing. Despite the account block being intended to fix potentials and stars on items, any items I had with potential, as well as a Fairy Roid, were completely gone. Deleted.
Of the missing items, I can only recall two primed Fairy Hearts, three Perfected Weapons (2 claws, 1 polearm), Fairy Roid, weapon primes, and 18% STR Perfected Gollux Earrings.

The buttons in the UI "Tidy Up, Item, Purchased Items, Leave Shop, and Close Shop" rather than "Leave Shop and Buy Items" indicate that this is indeed my shop, and these are my items. You can see the two fairy hearts and earring in my inventory, and one of the claws and the polearm in the shop.

However, the items were sent to Frederick when the
Unscheduled Maintenance on Wednesday, December 1, 2016 started,
not when the Limitless Patch started.

I've asked our Game Team about this, and they said that the game is working as intended. I hope this won't discourage you from playing the game. As much as I would love to give you an exception, I apologize, but I am unable to grant your request as I have my limitations. Once again, I apologize for the letdown."
So, being sorry is the actual fix we are gonna get from this apparently. Total disrespect for paying customers

A: Rollback only the affected accounts to their status prior to the V: Limitless patch, which would fix the loss of potentials, stats, and deleted items, but would leave the glitched items still circulating in the fm.
B: Rollback the entire server to its status prior to the V: Limitless patch, in which players would lose all progress made during the 4 day 2x. They would then have to change used marvel codes so that they are unused. And players would lose all items/meso gained from trades. However this would solve the issue with glitched items.
Unless you want potentially 30* tyrants in the fm in the upcoming months, Option B is ideal. although I don't believe Nexon is even capable of doing that. If the glitched items aren't fixed, I would even predict Nexon would wrongfully ban players who came in contact with the glitched items for their own bug.

After kindly chatting with support, they updated me with this. Seems there will bbe another lock in our account, but items will be restored
