Is it just me or has no else received the Cryptic chest or anything the event says your supposed to get when you make a burning character? (For characters outside of reboot)
Or is this cryptic actually limited to 1 character per account regardless of what world? I got the stuff for my burning character in reboot but none of the cryptic chest for the frozen gear or even the snail pet boxes for my burning character in Scania.

    No its bugged.
    You're supposed to receive these cryptic boxes to open regardless of how many frozen gears you've gotten in the past.

    Bug type: Glitch

    Brief bug summary:

    So I was wondering why all the other character i was training around had nice gear on and a snail pet. I ask them and they said they collected a quest. I looked at the event summaries and quests and found out it is for a burn character. I was then super puzzled since I am a burn character, I did not receive any quest or boxes in my inventory. As of now I am level 91 and I still don't have the frozen box for level 30....

    The puzzlement continued when my friend I was training with suddenly got her box at level 88 o.O. I was like "how?" and she said she "suddenly received the quest the 1+2 level up challenge" I was like I click on that quest so many time and all she does is explain the burn event to me. My friend then said it should be the top quest and not when it is the second to the last quest. Errr so my quest is not popping up and I am super confused. She told me to collect all my quest, try relogging, try this try that. So nothing worked, so puzzled where are my boxes? .

    Steps to reproduce:
    relogged,
    collected a bunch of quest
    click on almost all the event quest a bunch of times
    click click click
    clicked on the 1=2 level up challenge quest a bunch of times (still just a tutorial)

    Character name: ArrowCookie

    Character level: 91 as of this post

    Character job: Mercedes

    World name: Windia

    Date and time of the incident: 12/04/16 from around 5pm pst - current

    it happen to me too, i try to create a new character on new account but still get the same result

    The same happened to me also, my new character wind archer does not have the box for frozen gear when its lvl 100.
