This happened to me 3 or more times so far:
I opened Tot's know-how and received the level gift and, upon closing Tot's GUI, the entire Maplestory program crashed.
Is this happening to other people too?

    Same, also I keep getting banned for using 3rd party software, even though I am legitimately playing the game, without hacks. (I've made 3 accounts since my main was banned.)
