Brief bug summary: false Entry limit for Zakum

More details: New char, never been to zakum, when i first reach lvl 100 and enter it states that i have reached the limit in entries, never reset even after midnight

(anything not included in the other sections of your report)

Steps to reproduce: trying to enter zakum

Date and time of the incident:12/3/16 and after

    I'm having the same problem, I haven't been able to get in for three days on higher level character and I was able to before. After reset the party finder will take me there but the guy says I cannot enter anymore today then when I leave the party finder just gives the error message you have reached your entry limit every time.
