Temple of time quest - Quill you find my pen

Once the suprise ornate boxes been located , upon clicking the box moves the character to a empty room and the quill is not gained.

    I have reported this many times in the last month
    They don't seem to care to fix it

    They REALLY need to fix this. I'm pretty sure this quest is required in order to get your 5th job.
