Can't 5th job Advance Kaiser

Bug type: Unknown, I guess glitch maybe?

Brief bug summary: When in Nova or where the Kaiser main base place, at the 5th job portal when clicked it requests for the player to press the up arrow key and when i step in front of the portal and press it nothing happens. I try to click on it again but it tells me the same thing over and over again.

More details: I am a level 205 Kaiser so i do believe i can advance to 5th job, the portal also misspells key by saying "kay" and yeah I tried restarting the game and exiting the map neither seemed to work

Steps to reproduce: No real steps just a matter of a kaiser trying to advance to 5th job.

    5th job is not out yet. 5th job will be released on December 15th, in 10 more days. I recommend grinding some boxes and saving up some core nodestones until then.

    The portals being visible is a bug.
