Login & Logout issues

1. When loading the game, choosing Between North America or Europe Server screen crashes my game quite oftenly as well after selecting a server it crashes me upon the world selection.

2. When expected to click "change character" it leads to login screen instead of character selection screen.

3. Crashing constant whenever clicking "change character" button.

Character name: Not specific as it happens on any of my character
Character Job: Not specific.
Level: Not Specific
Server: Bera
Date of incident: After Dec. 01 2016 maintenances

    For number 2, it sounds like you're using the GameLauncher.exe file. If you use the Nexon launcher or the Steam launcher, it will return you to the world select screen instead.

    I find the Nexon/stream launcher a bit annoying, but I guess if that's the case, I'll have to start using it so save me some time in-game . thank you! :)
