Not receiving cubes from V tracker and V reward

When I completed the mission from the V tracker event, and wanted to collect my cubes. I didn't receive them and can't claim them again. The same for V rewards event, from the 180m box I don't get my cube. More people have this?

    This happened to me as well, I created a thread following the guidelines.
