The Birth Of An Alliance for V-Tracker!

In order to obtain the title at the end of the V-Tracker event we need to complete all the quests. Well there does not seem to be a quest available for Kanna that will allow the completion of the first story quest in the V-Tracker. Kanna does not have The Birth of an Alliance quest and so it cannot complete the V-Tracker. I have already been working very hard on my V-Tracker only to find this out. Please fix!

    Okay so the V-Tracker is shared by all new characters. I will have to make another character that can accept the quest. Just going to make another Explorer...
