Bug with "Fly in the Sky" Quest

I am able to enter the area to turn the quest in. But when i get to the right side of the map and get ready to jump to the rope to climb up it kicks me from the game. Is there any sort of fox for this?

    the map itself is bugged

    i was able to jump high enough to talk to the guy. i hope they fix it soon
