Question about Name Changing

I've bought the Character Name Change coupon from the V Coin Shop however the NPC Mr.Newname got relocated to the event hall map.. which is super laggy and it's impossible for me to change my character's name now.. so, um what should I do? PS: The coupon only last for 10days after purchase.

    He is also in Leafre

    He is in most towns. I saw him in Henesys and Perion, for example.
