V Coin Shop: Unable to purchase name change coupon

As you can see in the picture, I am unable to purchase the Character Name Change Coupon through the V Coin Shop.

I want to be able to buy this item with my V coins but I can't.

Please take a look at this and fix this issue as soon as possible.

    The Character Name Change coupon was only offered until the 11th.
