Movement keys able to be changed please.

So this is pretty ridiculous how I'm not able to change the keys I use to move, my arrow keys have been messed up from wear and tear of gaming and I want to change the movement keys, but apparently after 11 years you can't even do something as simple as that.
Can we get this changed?

    If you turn off numlock, you can use 2, 4, 6 and 8 on the numpad to move too

    My keyboard doesn't have number lock.

    Was a windows 8 keyboard, it's just that the rubber under the key ripped over time and the key sticks down, but it still works, and it's not like it's held in there, it's just pressed down and works normally fine, just pretty annoying to feel
