There's a quest in the Star notifier from an NPC named "Lady Blair" who talks of something in the cash shop "Event -> Lucky Sale" tab.
Anybody been able to find this tab in the Cash Shop?

    yeah I've been wondering about this too, I don't see any sales from any event tab either
