Night Lord cant rechange stars?

lvl 205 nl in bera
i tried the merchants in bera and leafre and the option for recharging my stars are gone
i googled it and apparently its happened to others as well.
Any solutions?

edit: idk if this matters but it started saying "job:412" in the chat log every time i log on or change channels

    What stars are you using? I can recharge Hwabi stars anywhere without issue.
