Steps to reproduce: Put skill on CD -> Use Spirit Focus

    I am bug reporting on behalf of my sister's Shade.

    Brief bug summary: Shade's 5th job skill Spirit Flow doesn't reset all CDs

    Steps to reproduce: Use the skills Spirit Incantation, Heroic Memories, Spirit Bond Max, or any Decent Skills and then Spirit Flow and they will not reset CD.
