Why exactly there are no GMs in the EU server? there is only one world, yet there is not a single gm. how do i know that? for starters: Advertisers. there are so many advertisers everywhere you go. why is this one guy keeps using smega to advertise sites for 3 whole days and not getting banned? how come there are so many other advertisers on mid henesys and fm? its obvious that theres no one to ban them.
it doesn't end on advertisers, there are even some hackers that keep on using them. yesterday i saw this one guy on a perion map using hacks to attack the whole map, he also had item magnet and even appeared on every channel i went to.

Why there's not a single gm in the eu server?

There are GMs in the servers, they are, however, invisible most of the time.

The main issue is that bots, especially advertisers, are like hydra. If you ban one, three more take its place.
    However they do get banned.

the game exists for more than 10 years and so are the advertisers, there's no way they haven't found a solution

No one has found a solution. Spam bots have existed since the internet began. There are still advertisers in Facebook comments. It's not exactly something that can be "solved" permanently, only made difficult by restricting account creation or using funky code to detect possible offenders. Some popular ideas on the forums/subreddit include captchas and requiring a phone number for registration.

Often you'll notice that people find a patch for whatever auto-login or auto-create botters have, only to have botters find their way around this patch. This leads to brief periods where there are no bots, only for them to return in full-force.
And of course there's the issue that any restrictions they do implement affect legitimate users too.
